These Terms & Conditions govern your use of beautyzonecosmetics.ae and every purchase made through the website or via WhatsApp. By browsing the site, placing an order or applying for a salon account, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to place an order. We sell to retail customers and to licensed salons and beauty businesses within the United Arab Emirates only.
4. Accounts & B2B salon approval
Wholesale (salon) pricing is visible only to approved B2B accounts. To apply, submit the salon registration form with your trade licence details. We may request verification of your trade licence and VAT registration before approval, and we may decline applications at our discretion.
Approved accounts must use wholesale pricing for genuine salon or business purposes. Sharing account access, reselling at retail under false pretences, or other misuse may result in revocation of the account and wholesale pricing.
5. Orders & contract formation
Orders placed through the website checkout and orders placed via WhatsApp are binding electronic contracts under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services. When you confirm an order, you agree to purchase the items at the prices shown.
We will send you an order confirmation (on screen, by email or via WhatsApp). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
6. Pricing, VAT & payment
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Consumer (retail) prices include 5% VAT.
- While we take care to display accurate prices, errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you ordered, we will contact you before dispatch; you may reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Payment is by payment on delivery or bank transfer. We do not charge card surcharges.
7. Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Our 24-hour delivery is a target for most UAE areas — it is a service goal, not a guarantee. Remote areas or unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics, public holidays) may take longer, and we will keep you informed.
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order when it arrives and report any issue promptly (see our Refund & Exchange Policy).
8. Returns & exchanges
We offer an exchange-first policy: unopened, unused items with intact hygiene seals may be exchanged (or credited) within 7 days of delivery. Defective, damaged or wrongly supplied items are covered by your statutory rights to replacement, repair or refund.

9. Product use & safety
Many of our products are professional salon products. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, carry out a patch test before first use of any cosmetic product, and use professional equipment only as intended and trained. Product descriptions are informational; we make no medical claims and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, the Beauty Zone name and logo, and product images — is the property of Beauty Zone General Trading or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any of it without our prior written permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (as amended) or any other non-waivable rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or business interruption) arising from the use of the website or products. Our liability for a product is otherwise limited to the purchase price of that product, except where the law provides otherwise.
12. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from them or from your purchases is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
13. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Orders already placed remain governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.
